Part A: Definitions

1. CLIENT - The Client is the individual or party who purchases services from this website.

2. COMPANY - The Company is Blade Marketing and SEO, S.A., of Costa Rica, a sole proprietorship, that provides services to the CLIENT.

3. SERVICE - The COMPANY provides the CLIENT with lists of public proxies, in return for a service fee.

4. PROXY LIST - A PROXY LIST is the product of this website, created by the COMPANY and composed of public IP addresses and ports accessible for use categorized by one of the following criteria: 1) Elite Proxy, or "High Anonymous" proxy; 2) Anonymous Proxy; 3) Transparent Proxy, 4) CoDeeN Proxy; generally known as a node of the PlanetLab Network.

5. PAYMENT - The fee exchanged for company SERVICES, collected by a 3rd party Processor and subject to the fees of such processor.

Part B: Client's Right to Privacy

1. The Client's name, email, address, location, nationality, SERVICE password, server or computer IP address(es), and financial transaction information shall remain solely in the hands of the COMPANY at all times. The COMPANY shall make a reasonable effort to protect such information.

2. The COMPANY shall not sell, barter, trade, or otherwise offer the details of any or all CLIENTS using the COMPANY'S SERVICE to a third party for free or for financial gain.

3. ANTI-SPAM Policy: The COMPANY shall not distribute, sell, or otherwise offer the email addresses of CLIENTS to 3rd parties who seek to spam COMPANY CLIENTS with bulk email, fraudulent email, phishing email, or other nuisance communication.

4. Should the CLIENT'S privacy be breeched by the negligence or willful actions of any COMPANY employee, the CLIENT shall be entitled to a FULL REFUND of their SERVICE PAYMENT.

5. Indemification: Should the CLIENT'S privacy be breeched by a third party as the result of an attack on the COMPANY servers, databases, or webpages, the CLIENT agrees to hold harmless the COMPANY from any lawsuits, damages, or other legal claims; realizing that such a breech was the direct result of a third party's unlawful actions.
